Hello, my name is Kaylee, I am a nature lover, travel enthusiast, and military spouse. I’m the happiest when I’m spending my time in the great outdoors with my husband Garrett, hiking and capturing nature photography. Photographs are my favorite collection because they capture our memories. There is just something that fills the soul when looking back on old photographs, it’s almost like a time machine.

I have a wanderlust soul and crave new adventures. As a military spouse, my husband and I take advantage of each duty station by exploring our new temporary home location. We both grew up in Pennsylvania and left home to our first duty station in South Dakota. From South Dakota, we moved to New Jersey to our second duty station. I am excited to see where our next adventure will take us, but for now, we are currently exploring the northeastern United States.

As a nature lover, I am madly in love with National Parks. It would be a dream come true for me to explore every single one. I hope to get the opportunity to visit as many as possible. If you are a military family, be sure to use your benefits and grab your free National Parks pass. Our favorite that we’ve visited so far has been the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. It’s breathtaking.

Recently I was accepted as a Wild Keeper Ambassador for the spring 2021 term for Keep Nature Wild. They are an outdoor apparel brand and their mission is to raise awareness to maintain and preserve nature by leaving no trace behind. As a Wild Keeper Ambassador, I hope to inspire you to always carry out what you carry in and leave nature better than you found it.
